We built Jackson Hill Capital because commercial borrowers, brokers, and lenders were forced to choose between two poor options: fast, automated pipelines where nobody is accountable — or slow, labor-heavy desks that take weeks to answer. We don’t think that trade-off is necessary. Our platform automates the mechanical work of underwriting and placement, and reserves people for what only people can do: judgment, structure, relationships, and standing behind a decision.
